Jay Juliano
President
A US Army Veteran, starting with Armed Forces Radio/TV in 1984, Jay brings 40 years of production and creative experience to lead the Vision team. When he’s not cooking up new creative, you’ll find Jay cooking up his favorite dishes, playing with his pups—or video games.
Mike Juliano
Vice President of Operations
When Mike started "playing Photoshop" at 7 years old, it immediately became hard to imagine a career path outside of the creative fields. He's now spent the past 15 years with Vision Media. Outside of the office, Mike has passions for photography, cooking, music and film.
Siena Berardi
Production Coordinator/Editor
A true Florida native, Siena graduated in Communications from Nova Southeastern. Now, a semi-seasoned veteran, Siena not only creates stunning visuals—she also coordinates our studio and location productions. In her free time, Siena enjoys the beach, crafting and napping.
José Silva
Lead Animator/Producer
Born in Virginia and raised in Venezuela, José has called South Florida home since 2000. Upon graduating from the Art Institute, José has focused on motion graphics, as well as films—which have been featured in major festivals. He’s also an accomplished watercolor artist.
